Ideal Vogue MAX 32, combination boiler installed for a new client. Few issues rectified on this job, relocation of filter fitted incorrectly. Dead legs removed on hot/cold water services. Including a general tidy up to well present the Vogue, as always.

We will be revisiting this client shortly for an update to their heating controls, serving a radiator circuit and a large underfloor circuit.

We are pleased to announce we are now GasSafe registered.
Today we completed a full strip down service on an ‘Ideal Logic Max 30’. This included a non negotatiable tightness test to ensure integrity of gas pipework in the property. A full strip down service with heat exchanger clean, injector clean, expansion vessel recharge, condense trap clean, extensive inspection and flue gas analysis.

Earlier this month we was called out to a Glowworm Fuelsaver that packed in. The original system comprised of a conventional boiler with time only controls and no thermostatic control to either heating or Hot water🤦‍♂️

We made the decision to upgrade the boiler and system, with an ideal logic H18 Plus (7 year warranty) and a full controls rewire to allow the system with both Time/Thermostatic and Smart Control to meet Boiler+ regulations.

We navigated various obstacles such as the dreaded blocked cold feed 'H section' which was removed and repiped with no hassle.
In addition we installed a magnetic filter, new condensate run in 32mm, cylinder thermostat, 2 port actuator on HW, Auto Bypass and rewired the controls✅

Finally, boiler commissioned and Drayton dual channel RF smart thermostat set up for the client's requirements🔥

Showcasing some of our pipework skills🔥

A couple of jobs completed by us. Displaying our attention to detail and quality worksmanship. Even a little throwback to 2022 when we competed in the regional pipework competition “Skillplumb”, we impressed the judges with our accuracy and attention to detail… Leading to a 1st place finish👍

We’ve been busy today working for a new client, a well established care facility group. The site located in Grimsby is a 40+ bedroom care facility.

We quoted against a few national contractors to replace 16x radiator valves, specified by the client. Also cap off redundant F&E pipework that had been left valved off upon installation of 2 new boilers, which converted the system to pressurised.
And finally replace a set of new 1/4 turn basin taps for the staff facilities.

We worked efficiently and completed the works in a timely manner. This ensured the facility had all services operational when needed.

Outside taps…

Here is one of our latest installations, outside tap fitted for a customer in Wybers Wood.
This included-

-Outside tap and wall plate
-Lever valve for winter isolation (freeze prevention)
-Double check valve (to prevent harmful substances from outside entering the water main)
