108sqm of Tobermore Bracken trio Tegula blocks with charcoal board and pin strip.

💥48T of concrete, soil removed and 32T of hardcore replaced.

💥 New Aco drainage, gully’s and pipe work installed for better drainage.

💥 Wider and equally distanced steps at both front and side door for better access to the house.

💥 Topsoil dressing to grassed areas to create a finished level to driveway

Something different this week!! 🔥 🔥

2 fire places finished and ready for pointing!

1 built from scratch out of stud work and plastered. Sandlewood brick-slips were used for the brickwork internals and 3 oak beams created the surround!

The other was an existing fire place but the customer want to add some brickwork to surround the log burner. Again brick-slips were used to create the effect!

Recently completed driveway.

The customer spec
Improve the sub base with hardcore.
Better drainage around porch with Aco drains.
Upgrade manhole covers and carry out repairs to the chamber.
Basic concrete drive with a wood float finish and a bull nose edge finish.
