Great job to finish off January 🥳

This job was a full 8 radiator heating system renewal completed with an Ideal Logic Max 30kw combination boiler topped off with a huge 10 year warranty for piece of mind 💥💪

All radiators and valves are Wolseley center brand which are fantastic value for money and really do kick out serious heat 🔥🥵

Boiler controls are EPH wireless room thermostat for simplicity

All radiators and materials supplied by Wolseley Cleethorpes 🫡

Check out this ensuite bathroom we did a few weeks back! 💥

Started as an empty canvas and transformed into something beautiful if I do say so myself

All the work done in these pictures was all done by ourselves apart from the electrical work which was undertaken by the customer who is a qualified electrician ⚡

Bathroom upgrade for a new customer

Bath out due to customer having had a knee operation and having difficulties getting in and out of the bath

The old electric shower was removed and made safe and a new extractor fan installed by a local qualified electrician ⚡

Anti-slip quadrant shower tray, enclosure and new thermostatic shower installed 🚿

Tiled shower area ✔️
Fully plastered room ✔️
New skirting and architrave installed✔️
New flooring fitted ✔️

Early start for me this morning 😴

Phones ringing at 4.29am with a customer saying they have water coming through the ceiling 💦

So I get suited and booted and get to them within about 20mins 🦸

Small pinhole on the hot water pipework causing water to make its way through the ceiling. Luckily enough we caught it very early and little to no damage was caused to the property

Lucky escape for this customer today! 😶‍🌫️

Got a message saying upon finding a loose floorboard they come across this dodgy looking repair to some pipework

They thought it might be the mains gas pipework to the property and was correct

Someone had obviously messed up and screwed straight into the middle of the floorboard into the gas pipe. Instead of actually repairing it or calling in the trades to fix it, they decided it was best to wrap on electrical tape and leave it unsafe! 🤠

We cut out the damaged section of pipework and replaced with new then carried out the required gas safety checks ✔️

This customer wanted to just give the bathroom an update without spending the dollar! Customer kept existing bath and shower tray area the same

We did a half tile to the ceiling

We fitted new vanity units to allow for basin and WC to be on the same side of the room

We also fitted a new support bracket for the shower screen due to rust

We fitted a new chrome towel radiator and inset the pipework into the walls to keep pipework at a minimum

We renew the silicone to the same existing shower tray area

All design and materials supplied by the customer and to their specifications

All plumbing, tiling and joinery work under by ourselves.

Just needs 2nd fix electrics and flooring to finish this job.

Another customer who kept us well fed and hydrated!
