We welcome Ofgem’s latest framework for electricity network investment between 2028 and 2033, particularly its stronger focus on flexibility before large-scale grid reinforcement.

This marks an important shift towards a smarter and more efficient energy system.

Ofgem’s latest guidance highlights the growing role battery storage, smart EV charging and demand-side response can play in helping network operators manage rising electricity demand.

Energy price cap rising 13% from July. Here's how to fight back.

Ofgem has today confirmed the energy price cap will rise from 1 July, adding £216 a year to the typical household bill - driven mainly by rising wholesale gas prices linked to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.

But there's a smarter way to stay in control.
