JCP Construction J. C. Pomfret Construction Ltd Just a little background on us; we are based across Northeast Lincolnshire and Humberside and have been established since 2013.

We’ve been focused predominantly on general building works, which has then grown into disability adaptations, working with Northeast Lincolnshire Council. We have also had contracted jobs in the industrial and commercial sector working with well-known organisations such as Sports England. As of 2022 we have expanded our company to join the Energy Efficiency industry, specifically focusing on Whole

House Retrofit. We initially started with gaining our PAS accreditation in fabric measures such as External Wall Insulation and we have now expanded into becoming a MCS accredited installer for Air Source Heat Pump Design and Installation. In addition to the above services, we also offer a modern solution to building surveys in the form of our Drones which can mitigate risk and cost of large-scale building surveys. As a company, we are CHAS certified, we work to ISO 9001 standards and our MD is a member of the CIOB and RICS. He is also Level 7 qualified in Senior Management in Construction. All our staff at JCP are trained in excess of what they will require to ensure a job is done professionally and to the highest standards. JCP Construction is looking for skilled, motivated, and driven Multi-Trade Construction Operatives to join our Disabled Adaptations Team, delivering high-quality projects that enhance accessibility and independence for individuals across the Humber region.

As a Multi-Trade Operative, you’ll play a vital role in delivering meaningful projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Installation of wet rooms, ramps, and other disabled adaptations

- Supporting larger construction projects, such as home extensions

- Collaborating with the management team to ensure efficient and professional completion of works

- Providing excellent service to customers, maintaining their dignity and satisfaction throughout the process
