Sorry we’ve been pretty busy from the start of the year on a full refurb of a house. we haven’t posted anything in a while but we managed to squeeze this bathroom in for a returning customer. 😍 we opened up the space by taking a slight bit out of one of the bedrooms to fit a separate shower cubicle and a large bath. Both with concealed valves and recess shelves to go with them. 👌.

Here we have converted this 4 bed semi detached house into a 6 bed ensuite HMO. we opened up the large dining room and sun room and created 2 additional ensuite rooms with addition to a large living /dining room kitchen and separate toilet downstairs. Jiggled some of the rooms upstairs to create 4 bedrooms with en-suites and a separate bathroom with traditional fittings. Fully sound proofed and insulated to comply with regs

Here we have fitted a downstairs shower room and kitchen in just over 2 weeks! The lads are super efficient! 👌👌
We converted the downstairs toilet by opening up the cloakroom which had an external pvc door. we bricked up and placed a large window in the cloakroom and fitted a freestanding sink. From their we removed the door to the toilet and the wall above to bring the two spaces together. Re positioned the toilet and fitted the shower tray with part tiling in the area and also the floor with tiled skirting to match
The kitchen fitted was supplied by howdens in a light sage green shaker with brushed gold handles👌

Ground floor bathroom transformed into a shower room. A lot of prep involve in this one. We had to dig up the concrete floor to run the waste and water along with extensive remedial work. repiping all the exposed pipes that was boxed in along the side of the next to the door as well as some pretty bad electrical wiring from the previous DIY’er along the way.

A micro cement wet room!!

Client wanted a wet room installed on the ground floor under the stairs. There was an existing toilet sink and boiler in the small room. We moved the existing boiler upstairs, pipe work for the toilet and knocked through into the kitchen to create a wet room area. Not only did we create more space but we also used Micro cement to create a marble effect wet room area. Seemless walls with NO GROUT LINES! 👌 😍
