This family bathroom has had extensive works carried out. We have re piped all the domestics and added overlay underfloor heating.

There are two control valves, one for the shower with dual outlets, and also for the bath. The toilet has the frame and cistern built into the wall and everything is hidden.

We have stripped the walls back and fresh plaster went up. Our in house tiler has now completed his work, and the second fix is about to start

Here is our new and exciting project starting with Surrey plumbing and heating,

This project will consist of conventional underfloor heating on ground and first floor, rad circuits on top floor, first fix and second fix of domestics for the bathrooms. Follow along to see how the project progress!

This is a prom warm over lay system, with heat miser controls, this is an overlay system best suitable for concrete slab floors and normal floors. With the compressed insulated boards it sends the heat directly into the room without any heat lose downwards

Before and after

At this job we installed a Worcester 1000 combie boiler, and 10 port manifold. This property we had already installed the underfloor heating pipework so we could get the floor screeded. We have run the hot and colds through the ceiling to the bathroom ready for second fix. This property has underfloor heating throughout as the soul heat source
