We had a great time at RGMFest with KFC this week, bringing energy, personality and a bit of fun to an event packed with thousands of people.

From connecting with franchisees across the wider KFC network to working with teams across Europe, it was a brilliant opportunity to strengthen relationships and show up in a way that was designed to be memorable... even without a stand.

The custom True Group t-shirts (yes, with chickens), scratchcards and brand-new Bluetooth speakers did exactly what they were meant to do: spark conversations, raise smiles and help us stand out. Pretty sure the Colonel would’ve approved.

Our Partnerships team had a fantastic day yesterday with SHB Media Ltd 🤝

Hosted by Greengage and Brioche Pasquier UK as part of Inside Sustainable Hospitality 2025: Pathways in Action, it was a valuable opportunity to connect with fellow changemakers, explore fresh ideas and get a behind-the-scenes look at sustainability in action - hairnets and all 😄

From forging stronger relationships to having the kind of conversations that drive progress, the day captured exactly what collaboration for net zero should look like.

A huge thank you to everyone involved in making it happen!

🎄 Last week, we wrapped up the year True Group style, with an epic end-of-year Christmas party themed around iconic groups.

From the Spice Girls to the Teletubbies, gangsters to bananas and of course a dazzling ABBA tribute, the team brought the energy, the sequins… and plenty of questionable dance moves.

It’s been a huge year. We’ve rebranded, launched a new website, introduced new partner programmes, rolled out a ton of new platform features and through it all, helped more businesses cut costs, reduce carbon and move closer to net zero.

Before we hang up our Santa hats, we want to say a massive thank you to our customers, our partners and every ChangeMaker we’ve worked with in 2025.
