Rear extension and 1/2 garage conversion on a new build property in Cranleigh.

This one certainly came with some challenges along the way but is now completed!

We took this project all the way from drawings to completion.

(The main patio area was not completed by LM Renovations)

Small job completed for our client In Godalming.

After a leak causing damage to the kitchen, walls and floor there insurance company agreed to fit a new kitchen but nothing else.

We came along and
•Removed all plaster back to brick work
•Removed the old ceiling
•Plumbing and electrics to suit new kitchen
•New plaster board to ceiling
•walls were then basecoated in sand and cement and plastered
•The floor was treated with a liquid damp proof membrane and then tiled
•we also removed the door frame between the kitchen and dining room and plastered this to make good

This room is now ready for the insurance company to fit the new kitchen once it’s dried out.
