Garage conversion and knock through completed in Cranleigh, Surrey.

We took this project right through from design and planning application to completion.

Side door was moved and made good

Roof sun tunnel fitted.

Underfloor heating throughout.

The original utility room was removed and re designed to become an office space.

The kitchen/diner area was knocked through to become a snug area.

A new utility room was created and fitted out.

We even installed a cable from the consumer unit to the front of the property ready to install a car charger at a later date.

We have now left it in the hands of the customer for the final decoration.
