🏗️ Busy week completed in Claydon
Last week was a productive one, with the roof fully finished and the scaffolding coming down on Monday.
This now allows us to push on with the rear extension and move into the next phase of works 👷‍♂️🔨

Great progress all round and plenty more to come ✨

🚧🔥 Fire safety upgrade completed
A local company failed their fire inspection due to an unsafe fire escape, which led towards an old container.
We installed new concrete pads and fitted a brand-new, fully compliant galvanised fire escape, bringing the site back up to standard 👷‍♂️🛠️

Another safety issue resolved and compliance achieved ✔️

☀️💪 Cracking on even in 30°+ temperatures over at Trimley.
It’s been a busy week, with most of the plastering being completed, alongside:
🔹 Windows and doors installation
🔹 Splash coating
🔹 Removal of the old kitchen
🔹 First-fix electrics to the kitchen
🔹 Second-fix electrics and plumbing to the extension

Great progress on site and plenty getting ticked off despite the heat 👷‍♂️🔥

Gable end works complete, moving straight on to felt and batten to finish the roof stage 👷‍♂️✨

🏗️ Roof trusses on site early doors at Claydon

Delivered at 7:30am, offloaded, set in place, and fully installed by 9am 👷‍♂️🔨

🏗️ Claydon project update
The next lift of scaffolding is going up as brickwork reaches lintel height.
Lintels can now be installed, allowing us to continue up to plate height and get ready for the roof 👷‍♂️🧱

Great progress on site as we move into the next key stage ✨

Steel ring beam installed ✔️
Wall plates & joist hangers fitted ✔️
First-floor joists and weather deck laid ✔️
All set for brickwork to plate height 👷‍♂️

🏠Trimley project update
We’ve raised the lintel by five courses to allow for the installation of the new warm deck flat roof.
This adjustment also improves natural light to the upstairs landing, which the client was really pleased with ☀️👷‍♂️
