Along with trying to keep on top
of maintenance contracts, breakdowns, surveys and the large ongoing project we have at the minute, here’s a few installs carried out, in domestic properties, bedrooms and landing units providing heating and cooling to keep you in comfort while you sleep. So not many photos this week as such, but a great weeks work showing great progress on the project started a week ago. 8 full days on the project so far has seen us de-commission 4 VRV systems re-locate 24 of 27 fan coils, re-pipe to there new position, run new cables in, complete all the condense drains and 50% of the new duct work to the new supply grille locations. Great effort from the lads this week much appreciated.

So today saw us start another large project a two floor office refurb, where we have decommissioned 4 VRV systems, ready to relocate 24 fan coils to new layout, supply duct and fresh air duct to be amended to suite new grid layout, Pipework modifications to allow for new staircase to be installed. This one’s going to be a good one keeping us busy for a good few weeks before the next big project recently won and will be the largest to date.

So past few days has seen us carry out a repair a repair on a 25kw ducted unit replacing a leaking manifold joint and also some crimped joints where refrigerant had leaked leaving the system dry, luckily we repaired and carried out a pressure leak check before adding specified amount of refrigerant and re-commissioning keeping Starbucks customers happy. We have also carried out a relocation of indoor cassette allowing room for a new cassette to be added into a small area to keep the new fridges from overheating in a butchers shop.

We had a call yesterday of one of our clients who has been loyal with us from the start and have built a great working relationship with, always ongoing works. They are having building works done where 5 condensers were in the way. So a few phone calls we shuffled some stuff and was in early to de-commission 5 systems, store one system for a later installation, scrap one system that was condemned from previous visit and relocate 3 condensers on a temporary basis as they control laboratory temps for tests. Once works are carried out we will be relocating again to there permanent places. Quick turn around equals super happy customer.
