To show his appreciation for our employees, yesterday MD Joe Maynard fired up his BBQ in the staff car park and spent two hours cooking and serving hotdogs to the entire team 🌭 🔥

This kind gesture helps to bring people together during a busy work day. It was great to see the team enjoying some great food and good laughs 😊

We're taking on The National Three Peaks Challenge this weekend! ⛰️⛰️⛰️ We'll be scaling the highest mountains in Scotland, England, and Wales – all within 24 hours! 🥾⏱️

We’re hiking to honour Toby, a beloved friend and joyful soul who tragically passed away in his sleep from an undiagnosed heart condition. He was just 23, fit, healthy, and loved life. Toby’s story is a devastating reminder that every week in the UK, at least 12 young people die from undiagnosed cardiac conditions. We’re raising vital funds for Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) to support screenings and research that saves young lives.

A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand to take part in our competition at Interplas last week!

The Challenge:
Review five black bottles and identify which one was coloured with our NIR-detectable black masterbatch (versus standard carbon black).

The Answer:
In this short video, Technical Director Dr. Stephen Rayner explains the correct answer (spoiler: it was bottle 4).

Those with a keen eye noticed the NIR-detectable bottle actually had a slightly richer black aesthetic. This proves that switching to our NIR-detectable blacks doesn't mean compromising on visual appeal – all while unlocking recycling advantages and potential EPR fee reductions.

The Winner:
From all the correct entries, our Sales Director Alexander Harvey drew a lucky winner. Congratulations to Vasco Miguel, who has received the £100 Amazon voucher! 💷 🙌
