As an independent, family business, we feel it is important to inform you of some of the steps we are taking in order to ensure it's “business as usual” through these unprecedented times.
We are acting fast and making decisions each day as we gain new information from the government. The health of our customers are paramount at this time and therefore it is important that we follow official guidelines and advice to ensure preventative measures are taken.
If any of our team become symptomatic they will be made to self-isolate for the recommended time period. We assure you that no one will be allowed to conduct business if we are aware of any contact or symptoms. Likewise, we would ask that you make us aware of any risk on your end so we can rearrange the appointment.
When it comes to visiting your property to carry out any work, our team are taking the utmost care to ensure no viruses are brought into your home and we would suggest you simply stay in another room while the work is completed. There will be no shaking of hands or close contact at any time. While this may feel “rude” it is an extremely important step in preventing the spread of infection and I am sure you will understand.
So the message from us here is, staying at home doesn't mean you have to put everything on hold. We can still carry out work as usual and we can work with you to find a solution to suit you.
