When contacted about a damp problem in this home, we underwent an investigation and knew the only solution was to prop the gable end, remove the outer skin, clear the very full cavity and re wall back up!

We took this opportunity to increase the insulation values, aswell as installing damp trays to ensure full protection from the elements in the future.

-Fully rebuilt the gable end
-All stone work pointed in NHL
-New roof using the old stone slates and ridges

The annexe is well underway, and the focus will now turn to the internals and windows

Transformation Tuesday 🤩

Throwback to when we installed a reclaimed stone fireplace with handmade clay bricks for the inner firebox. 🚀

We had to template the pattern and then walled in a herringbone style, using black mortar to make these beautiful bricks stand out even more!

A truly bespoke piece of masonry, still love the look of this to the day!
