NYMR commissioned us to produce a 50th Anniversary locomotive name plate template. From supplied artwork, MDF was CNC routed and the template supplied for metal casting to a local foundry. The finished article looked resplendent as seen in platform shots. One-off, cost-effective header boards manufactured from waterproof MDF for business promotion or memorial use can also be produced from supplied artwork. The header board is CNC routed then spray painted using water-based paints and matched to advised RAL colours. It is fitted with a locating plate to allow it to be affixed to the locomotive.
