New project started: Alteration of mid terrace property.
We will be taking out an internal wall. Altering the width and height of a window to allow for bi-fold doors installing steels. Walling up a door way. Partially walling an external door and convert to window.
DAYS ON SITE: 4 so far.

We started an interesting job in June this year in Brighouse. It involved building a side dormer and a rear dormer projection.
Breifly, all the existing roof coverings and timber rafters & purlins were removed in sections, meanwhile keeping the property safe from weather ingress while just using some tarpaulin sheets (It was a grind at the start and end of each day, or even if the clouds came over) But we got there.
The property itself sits about 2.5m above road level which in itself meant extra carrying before even getting to the base of the ladder. We had to have a loading bay fitted so all materials including heavy steels could be manually lifted in to place and bolted together.
This has been a difficult job, but the main thing is the customer is more than chuffed with how its worked out.

A local job of an annexe refurb, challenging due to the shape of the room.
Stripped back to stone and then new internal walls insulation amd plaster work. Electrics and plumbing ✔️.
We also got a lovely review (In photos).
