Over the past few weeks, each team within the RSM Group has come together for a series of meetings with our CEO, Adam, and Managing Director, Aidan.
These sessions were an opportunity to share updates on the wider business vision and our plans for continued growth, while also giving everyone the chance to ask questions, share ideas and be part of the conversation.
What started as Respond, Service and Maintain in 2020 with just three team members, a small office and one van has grown into a group of three businesses, soon to be four.
Today, we are a team of over 40, operating a full fleet of over 25 vehicles and fuel delivery wagons, with an expanded office space at Lumbrook Mills that will soon grow even further, and a projected turnover of £20m.
Keeping our team informed and involved is a key part of how we operate. These meetings are about making sure everyone understands where we are heading, and how valuable their role is in getting us there💚
