This lovely Ford was at another garage who had issue with overheating an possible head gasket issues but the other garage master tech was on holiday so the apprentice at DAB took the job on to help out a fellow garage neighbour. We ended up taking out the engine fit new head gasket and while we was there we fix the egr issues a some other stuff a now it’s back on the road . It’s always good to lend a helping hand from time to time .

- b5 s5 water pipe an alternator.

The team had the pleasure of getting this evo 9 back on the road after been parked up for a little while it didn’t need much just some minor things the customer wanted to get sorted out . for making the calipers looking like new again.we had a rusty sump so we opted for a Jun baffle sump an gave the engine a fresh service using Fuchs 10w-50 engine oil .

Another one ready for collection we had a turbo failure an we went for an anti-surge core by an cause of the way the turbo left the chat the intercooler was removed an went through a hot wash to remove any dirt an metal filings . After what we saw in the intercooler we took off the oil sump to make sure all was well there an give the sump a hot wash in the parts washer . .rajan
