Almost wrapped up on current project with help from another experienced roofer Darren corner to add the touch of class this beauty needed.
Client was over the moon with the level of finish and attention to detail me and the team showed on this one.
SIG Signature plain tiles used to give this job a classy yet rustic look
With a full removal of old tiles and timber and insulation upgrade bringing it up to today's standards with ultra breathable felt ensuring correct ventilation. All lead works renewed including removal of low pitch slate roof and installation of a beautiful lead roof ensuring waterproofness. 4 velux replacements. All timber facias replaced and timber cornice detailing on verges renewed. All woodwork and painting carried out by our team as well helping the job run as smoothly as possible.

Few photos of our recent project in Barnet for MTVH, with a full re-roof and a massive insulation upgrade bringing this historic building up to today's stamdards. Unfortunately we have had to work around some ongoing timber works due to timber rot but 60% now has new wood facia and ogee style gutter. Few thousand tiles have now been laid and more going down daily.

Single property finished off today in brown double Romans down in ramsgate. High performance breather membrane to keep roof ventilated. dry ridge and verges installed to keep maintenance free with white facia, soffit and black rainwater goods installed. New lead work to chimney stack.

Completion of this beast.
A mammoth of a job for us, finally came to a close in early October. Full roof renewal and insulation upgrade bringing a new lease of life to the tired old building.
The team stripped off the old tiles and closed boarding installing new ultra breathable felt membrane and battens ensuring the roof would allow maximum breathability to ensure roof meets strict British standards. .
New sandtoft clay tiles, valleys and arris hips.
Stripped off and installed new lead to all box gutters, dormer cheeks, secret gutters, dormer tops, aprons, back gutters, step flashings, cover flashings, saddles and even a few lead downpipes.
A full insulation upgrade was needed to bring this building up to new insulation regulations and with rigid foam installed to vaulted ceiling areas and quilted insulation rolled out in the open areas the U-Value is now reached.

We had help from a few other roofing teams which massively pushed this job along and with their help we have completely rejuvenated the learning centre helping them continue bringing their world class adult education to the borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.

There will be drone footage taken in the next few weeks to show off this beauty from the skies.

New top grade Spanish installed with low profile bonding gutters and aluminium dry verge units. New welded beck gutters, step flashing and aprons to front and rear. Client over the moon with transformation.

Custom lead service hood made creating a waterproof seal around electric and water supply to air conditioning units. It was tricky working under the stairs and walkway but we get the job done right and the leak stopped.
