We recently wrapped up a full-scale renovation that turned a tired property into a sleek, light-filled home, designed for modern living and built to last.

This project was all about unlocking potential. The original layout was restrictive, with outdated extensions and limited natural light. Our team took it back to the bones and rebuilt with purpose, precision, and a touch of elegance.

🔨 What We Delivered:

Demolition of Existing Extensions:
We cleared the way by removing the old add-ons that no longer served the space, making room for a more cohesive and functional layout.

Removal of the Rear Wall:
By opening up the back of the property, we created a seamless indoor-outdoor flow—perfect for entertaining and everyday living.

Underfloor Heating Throughout the Ground Floor
Comfort meets efficiency. The entire ground floor now benefits from discreet, energy-efficient heating that keeps the space warm without compromising design.

Complete Reconfiguration of Foul and Top Water Drainage
Behind the scenes, we overhauled the drainage system to ensure long-term reliability and compliance with modern standards.

This September, we’re excited to see three of our team members take the next step in their careers as they begin their apprenticeships at York College. George will be starting his brickwork apprenticeship, while Taff and Jake will be starting their joinery apprenticeships. Over the past few months, all three have already been working alongside us on site, getting a valuable head start in their chosen trades and showing great enthusiasm and commitment to learning. We’re proud of the progress they’ve made so far and look forward to supporting them as they continue their training and development.

Another job completed!! We were assigned the task of installing this Biodisc down at Swinsty Hall down by the reservoir. Was quite an intense little project involving heritage surveys, planning permissions and many large drains and mains! Not to mention 2 meters of bedrock to break out whilst trying to maintain a tidy dig!

We got there in the end though! Big thanks to for pulling out all the stops and for the dry stone wall rebuild. Fantastic job by all.

We have been busy on the roof of this listed building recently too, it has been sympathetically restored using traditional stone slates to preserve its historic character and architectural integrity.
