We recently completed this media wall in a newbuild property in Knaresborough.

Newbuilds can sometimes be accused of having little originality or character, well we think this has certainly added some of that. Allowing the owners of the property to add some of their own personality to the space, the results simply speak for themselves.

We recently completed a full kitchen renovation in Harrogate which included

•removal of chimney breast and supply/instalation of steel beam
•creation of new utility room and W/C (out of shot)
•all electrical, plumbing & plastering works
•install of new kitchen
•install of new herringbone LVT flooring
•full project management

A complete transformation to the ground floor of this Victorian property, creating a much more usable and welcoming space for the family who live here.

We recently completed a double story side extension in Knaresborough.

The project included
●demolition of existing single story kitchen extension
●building of enlarged double story extension including all building, roofing, electrics, plumbing, plastering, glazing etc
●new kitchen & utility room install
●relocation & install of new house bathroom
●install of new ensuite

This project had made a tremendous difference to the amount of space available within the property, allowing the growing family who live here the space they need without the hassle and expensive of moving homes.

We recently completed a wrap round single story extension in Spofforth. The new extension included an enlarged kitchen/dining area and utility room to the rear, and a new single garage to the side elevation.

The project included
●adaptation of drainage including moving of manholes, rerouting of soil stack etc
●Supply/install of steel beams to remove the full width of the existing ground floor wall
●underfloor heating system in both new extension area and section of the existing ground floor where knock through occurred
●all building/plastering/roofing etc
●kitchen & utility install
●landscaping

Why move, when you can improve?!

We recently completed a master bedroom/ensuite renovation in Boroughbridge.

This involved
● the removal of the existing, outdated ensuite,
●the removal of the existing dividing wall between the master bedroom and ensuite
●the reforming of said dividing wall to both enlarge the bedroom and form two built in wardrobes
● rewiring of both rooms
●adaption of existing plumbing to suit new room layouts
●fully plastered
●tiled
●instalation of new sanitary ware
●decorated

The end result, a both practical and stylish use of the space, which perfectly compliments the existing theme of the property.

We recently completed a full kitchen renovation in the village of Hamthswaite, just outside of Harrogate.

The project required
● the previous kitchen to be fully removed, including the tiled floor and walls
●fully re-wired to suit the new layout including brand new down lights
●fully replastered, including the rather impressive (and challenging) 5m high vaulted ceiling
●and finally the brand new kitchen installed along with the 2nd fix joinery.

The results speak for themselves.

Another VERY satisfied customer, and another one knocked out the park by the KBJ team 👷‍♂️ 🔨 👍

We recently completed a ground floor renovation project in Knaresborough.

One element of the works requested was to construct this media wall.

Whilst losing absolutely minimal space in the living room, it has created a stylish and functional focal point.

We recently completed a kitchen renovation project in Marton Cum Grafton near Boroughbridge.

The project required a full rip out of the existing kitchen and tiled walls & floor, and the removal of the dividing wall between the existing kitchen and dining room to create this simply stunning open plan kitchen/dining area.

The cherry on the cake being the bespoke made cornice in keeping with the style of the property.

The clients were over the moon with the results and it's easy to see why.

We recently completed a full house renovation project in Harrogate.

The project included a double story side extension coming over the top of the existing garage, a partial garage conversion, the complete remodeling of all but 1 internal wall, fully re wired, complete new heating system, full set of new aluminium windows and bifolds, 3 new bathrooms and render to the new extension and front elevation of the existing property and garage. (Kitchen installation on this project was carried out by a 3rd party).

These works added an additional master bedroom, ensuite, walk in dressing room, utility room and open plan kitchen/diner.

Quite simply a complete transformation.
