We recently completed a single story rear extension to a property in Harrogate.
The works included
●demolition of existing conservatory
●adaptation of existing foul drainage
●all brick & block work
●supply & install of Standing Seam roof with alloy box gutter & facia
●supply & install of bifold door AND window
● load bearing wall removal
●all internal works including electrics, plumbing, plastering & kitchen fit
●wet underfloor heating system throughout ground floor
●floor tiling throughout ground floor
The difference this project has made to the usable space within the property is staggering, allowing the family who live here the space to relax & entertain for many years to come without the stress & expense of moving.
