Beijing-3B satellite has captured first images on August 31, 2022 - just a week after its launch from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center!

The first images acquired by StriX-β, a newly launched small SAR satellite, have been released by Synspective Inc.!

The satellite was put into the target orbit of 561 km on March 1, 2022. Since then, it has been operating effectively, collecting imagery around the world. The first images were acquired over the sites in the Philippines, Brazil, and the Netherlands.

June saw the announcement that a new 1.6m resolution product specially designed with artificial intelligence for smart and precision agriculture was released by GEOSAT!

This is a significant development from Geosat-2 satellite performed with the enhanced resolution of multispectral bands. With the unique super-resolution techniques, the native 3-meter resolution is converted into 1.6 m whilst maintaining the radiometric quality of the product.
