Yes, we can certainly help—whether you want a polished concrete look, microcement applied over an existing concrete or laminate worktop, or a custom textured finish in matte, satin, or gloss.
Because every kitchen worktop is a bespoke commission rather than a standard floor area, we don't offer a flat price per square meter. Whether a project is 2m2 or 17m2, the actual cost and timeline (which can range from 2 to 8 days) depend on several site-specific factors:
Existing Surface Condition: How rough the current concrete or substrate is, how much heavy sanding is required, and what primers or base preparation layers are needed.
Design & Finish: The number of microcement layers, level of texture, and final sealer finish (matte, satin, gloss, or mechanically polished).
Detailing & Cutouts: Edge profiles, sink and hob cutouts, cable holes, and how natural or under-cabinet lighting hits the surface (which requires extra refinement).
Site Protection: Because most worktops are already installed in the middle of a lived-in kitchen, we have to fully mask and protect your cabinetry, floors, and appliances before sanding and coating.
To give you an accurate quote, could you send over a few photos of your current worktops, the approximate dimensions, and let me know what finish you have in mind? From there, we can arrange a quick site visit to put the puzzle together and give you an exact price.
