SOMETIMES THERE'S ONLY ONE WAY IN.

Not every structural beam can simply be carried into position.

On this project in Royal Tunbridge Wells, we had to install a substantial steel beam that would support a large rear extension.

The challenge?

Getting it from outside the property to exactly where it needed to be inside the house.

That meant carefully planning every stage of the lift, selecting the right specialist equipment and coordinating the installation so everything happened safely and precisely.

Projects like this are a reminder that successful construction isn't just about bricks and mortar.

It's about problem solving.

This steel beam was installed as part of a large extension project in Royal Tunbridge Wells, and getting it into position wasn't as simple as unloading it from a lorry.

Every movement had to be planned.

Every lift had to be controlled.

Every member of the team needed to know exactly what was happening before the beam even entered the property.

When you're working with steel of this size, there is no room for guesswork.
