So our recent 27 flat renovation project has finally come to an end with only snagging left to do. Its been a hard 5 months worth of work but a great result on one of our biggest projects this year. Heres a few pics of the finished project. ( excuse the mess from other trades ).

So, today marks the one year anniversary since trading as southern gypline. As usual, it takes allot of blood sweat and tears, 12 hour days and long weekends to start a business, but i think i can finally say that things are looking good for the future.
We have secured and nearly completed a big, 2 building nursing home renovation project consisting of 27 1,2 & 3 bedroom flats and a selection of renovation and newly built timber framed houses.
With the same building contractor, we will have hopfully secured further contracts in the new year consisting of 36 new build timber framed flats and several T/F houses throughout hastings, bexhill, ninfield and eastbourne areas.... fingers crossed.
I would like to take the time to thank all close friends and family who have suppoted us and by sharing the buisness name in order for this to have happend.
So thank you.
