… ✨ Mike ✨👋
We understand that for some of our customers that they like to know the person turning up for quotes/ the work etc beforehand, so we have decided to give you a little insight below 😊

Mike left school when he was 16 years old and went to Pembrokeshire College to do 3 years in Plumbing. During this time he found a love for building work/ construction and additionally decided to complete an extra 2 years doing a bricklaying course 🧱
Through much of his 20’s Mike worked under local construction companies, gaining invaluable skills, experience and understanding how these businesses worked through senior role models. Mike worked on many projects from new builds, chapel restorations, extensions, landscaping and even helping to renew parts of the wonderful Scolton Manor, Pembrokeshire! 🐝🪴
After over a decade of working for others and learning the craft of trade…in 2018 Mike decided to finally start up his own business… Rowley General Building 🙌
Mike comes with 20 years of experience, high standards and a keen eye for detail. Whether it be an extension, plastering work, a new patio or general building, you can be assured that he has a great portfolio! (Even if he can be camera shy at times himself 🤫)…
Mike often works alongside other high quality trades/ professionals and can advise on contacts that he personally knows/ has worked with himself. There has been some great partnerships over the years, particularly on some of the bigger projects where together, skillsets have covered all angles and certifications.
Outside of work, Mike prides himself on being a husband, father and family man. It is not unusual from him to be driving to/ from sporting clubs still in his work clothes and being “dad’s taxi”… whilst at home you may find him in the garden happily tending to the vegetable/ fruit patch, with little legs following him about in their own wellies!
