2 years of abuse of position and power , lies, threats, harassment , bullying, loss of earnings, business bullying . 2 years of unjustified obsession with no grounds at all.

2 years of playground and social bullying and harassment for my daughter and my family .

Massive financial impacts to the business . Yet we are still standing. Stronger than ever before.

All of these because I am a woman and I dared to refuse a six digit salary and shares to a man in power.

Two councillors have been found in 'serious' breach of multiple codes of conduct, including bullying, discrimination, and harassment.

Not one but two local Councillors from West Suffolk faced the consequences of their actions today, having both lost their voting power and face multiple sanctions.
Bullying is not accepted . (full stop and period).
Business bullying neither.

Roadfill ethically and actively supports all types of diversities. I will continue fighting for this and I am hoping more business owners will follow.
Because justice is the same for all. Those with power and those without.
Because the system should be respected by all. Those with power and those without.

🎉 Celebrating Five Years of Roadfill 🎉
This week, we are thrilled to mark a significant milestone: Roadfill's five-year anniversary! These past five years have been a remarkable journey, filled with challenges overcome and triumphs celebrated. From its humble beginnings on my kitchen table to navigating the tumultuous waters of the Covid pandemic, Roadfill has emerged stronger and more resilient than ever before.
At Roadfill, our success is the result of non-stop research, taking both small and big steps forward, and the unwavering support of our incredible team. Our team Chris Fallon, Grace Fallon, Dinos Raptakis, Mark Mansfield-Murphy, Arthur Hannah, Chris Marchesi, Peter Markerson, (did I forget anyone?) is more than just a group of colleagues; we have become a diverse and inclusive family. Some of you proven a great support even in the company's most difficult times. Embracing diversity has been a cornerstone of our journey, as we firmly believe that different perspectives and backgrounds fuel innovation and creativity. We are a company that actively supports individuals who have faced past challenges, including ex-offenders. We believe in the power of second chances and provide opportunities for personal and professional growth to those who are determined to turn their lives around.

Our first presence in The Institute of Asphalt Technology conference couldn’t be more enjoyable. Who said our industry is boring and unsexy?? Who said we only do business and no fun? We may be technocrats but we can combine it all! It was a great event , focused on and through new and advanced and at the same time the opportunity to catch up with same minded people friends, partners and new network opportunities.
It was a delight to meet and chat with the president of AIT Brian Downes who spoke about the future of the asphalt industry sector.

A pleasure to meet and share the table with Michelle Neale and talk to Stuart Gready from OCL Regeneration Limited , have drinks with Mark Flint and the FM Conway Ltd team.
Chat about future plans with Andrew Tomlins from Eurovia UK
And laugh and “argue” as usual
with my team here at Roadfill Limited , Chris Fallon , Arthur Hannah , Chris Marchesi (Chris and Chris will kill me for the lovely picture by the way) on advanced technical material debates.
Great to see again Tim Smith and Brian Kent and so many of you I forgot to mention.
