“Mark managed the preparation and construction from start to finish. I was always informed when someone was coming, and which job they were doing, and everything was done carefully and on time. He liaised with scaffolders, steel maufacturer and installation as well as a painter, in addition to doing the concreting and perfect woodwork himself. He also contacted Building Control to come and check the footings and completed job. I am very satisfied with the appearance of my new balcony.”
