Helston project - 10 weeks in

Very productive start by my excellent hardworking team. 💪

Existing stables cleared, concrete slab broken up and taken away, concrete pad for site container made, foundation trenches dug out and poured, block work built with load bearing slab, timber frame well on its way, septic tank and soak away in, rain water soak away in, all drainage completed, retaining block walls built and backfilled with drainage pipes, 100m trench dug and back filled for mains power cable, 80m trenches dug out for earth cables,

Before, during and after - Lannoweth Road

Demolition of existing room.
Walls and floor joists propped.
Installation of x3 new steels to take external granite wall above. Removal of granite wall.
New manhole and drainage
All new electrics, and plumbing with wet UFH system. Insulated external walls and tanking applications.
All walls and ceiling framed out and plaster boarded
Porcelain floor tiles 900x600mm
Brick slips installed as feature wall.
Kitchen and glass structure installed by others.
Amazing transformation letting more natural light into the kitchen area.

A few shelves to be put up then we are finished.

Brilliant effort from all the team to produce this high quality living space.
