We have been working hard on the foundations and waterproofing for a new extension to an existing property in the new forest. Piling, R.C slab, R.C up-stands, Sika waterproofing and terrace sub bases all complete. Drainage and services still to be completed.

Great project, recently completed for a new indoor hydrotherapy pool in Chichester West Sussex. The Groundworks360ltd team carried out all setting out, excavation, under slab insulation, waterproofing, formwork, steel fixing and concrete placement.

The Groundworks360ltd team have recently completed an amazing new build basement with an internal swimming pool in Clanfield Hampshire. We carried out all setting out, Annex strip foundations, contiguous CFA piled walls, R.C capping beams, basement excavation, basement R.C works, waterproof concrete, secondary waterproofing and all underground drainage including installation of the pumps and tanks. The team have enjoyed working on this amazing project for a great client and main contractor who we continue to work with.

The Groundworks360 team are off to a great start at our site in Emsworth Hampshire, this is an interesting design with the first floor of the house being elevated on 2.5m R.C columns with a R.C first floor. 32no 300mm diameter CFA piles installed, R.C ground beams now complete, currently working on the R.C columns, walls and 1st floor. We will also be carrying out all the drainage and services for this project.

Reinforced concrete slab completed in Hill Head, the works consisted of pad foundations, R.C columns, R.C slab and foul water drainage. We also carried out all setting out and level control. The view was good on this one looking out onto the Solent and Isle of Wight.

A nice commercial project completed in Horsham West Sussex last week. Four reinforced concrete slabs constructed in the factory yard, one slab had to be CFA piled. Groundworks360ltd carried out all setting out, concrete break out for the new slab locations, CFA piling, excavation, blinding, steel fixing, formwork, concrete placement with float finish and tarmac reinstatement.
