Another project in Cuckfield next door to the 3 we have done already has a company doing work already both the client and company asked if we could do the pointing on the front of the property due to the others done.

Roof project in Cuckfield update.
Both sides stripped of old non breathable felt replaced with new breathable felt new timber battens original tiles reused.
Cemented apex and dry ridge kit to finish off all thats left is soft wash and biocide treatment to stop anythink growing plus clean the roof tiles. Then started grinding the side of the property ready for repointing the front and side to finish of. Free Quotations Warranty on all work completed.

Old tiles taken up as being reused.
Old non breathable felt and battens replaced with new breathable felt and battens then tiles refitted.

Happy customer in Lindfield contacted for roof to be cleaned of all moss but didn't want pressure washed due to age of the tiles and damage so light scrap buy hand then chemical treatment 3times letting each coat dry to stop any future growth.

Old parking space was full of mud and grass and shingle dug all out new base then 5inch thick to allow for cars driving over daily.
Due to access had to be done buy hand with 2 mixers
