Wrapping up another two weeks on site with some key stages now taking shape.

We’ve officially laid the damp proof course, helping prevent ground moisture from reaching the structure and protecting the build long term. Alongside this, our heavy-duty steels are now locked into place, providing the strength and support needed as the project continues to progress.

Another solid couple of weeks on site, with plenty more to come.

First fix complete on this single-storey extension.

Electrical and plumbing installations are now in place for the new kitchen, living area and utility room, with plastering complete and the space prepared for second fix. The rooflight is bringing plenty of natural light into the extension, while the next stage will see the final fixtures, fittings and finishes start to come together

A look behind the scenes of this bathroom transformation from the initial stages of installing the shower tray and the laying of the tiles through to the finished space.

The soft pink tiles create a striking backdrop for the brushed gold finishes with the Lusso Soho freestanding stone bath, bringing a real sense of luxury to the room.

Lots happening on site lately and it’s great to see things starting to take shape! From getting the plasterboard installed and fitting the external door to plastering. Each stage is bringing the build one step closer to the finished result.

Two weeks. A lot of progress.

A look at how quickly this project has transformed over the past two weeks. From exposed timber, insulation and structural work to plasterboarding, new openings and the first stages of creating the finished spaces.

With each stage, you can start to see the layout coming together and get a real sense of how the completed space will look.

There’s still plenty of work to do, but the difference in just two weeks speaks for itself.
