Project Highlight: Handcut Roof & Modern Upgrades for Barn Conversion 🏚️🔨

At Harrison Joinery, we’ve recently completed the first stage for us on an exciting barn conversion, where we installed a traditional handcut roof with some smart modern upgrades. After carefully removing and disposing of the original timber, we installed robust new steel ridge beams 🏗️ to provide additional strength and stability.

To finish the look, we fitted maintenance-free black ash UPVC fascia and soffits, ensuring a clean, contemporary finish that requires no upkeep, while maintaining the building’s rustic charm. ✨

First stage recently completed on a HMO development in derby for M&K building services.✅

All structural works completed including first and second floor joists with chipboard flooring, a dormer loft conversion adding an extra two bedrooms to the property!, with the internal works starting next week.
