I’ve been working in the industry for about 20 years now. I’ve been working in the industry for about 10 years now, and I’ve worked in most areas of the industry. I served my apprentiship with a small family run company who taught me the importance of doing a good job first time. They also instilled in me the importance turning up on time, being reliable, not letting people down, leaving things as

you found them, and generally the little things that are important. From this small company I moved on to work for bigger industry names such as British Gas. I moved to North Wales about 4 months ago, and just wanted to get my name out there. I understand anyone letting/renting properties or caravans need reliable workman if any problems arise. I’ve worked the past 3 years mainly repairing boilers but servicing, Landlord/Safety Certificates, plumbing and installation are all work I’m very comfortable with. I do emergency call out and generally am available 24/7, 365 days of the year. Gas and water leaks I would try and deal with within 2hrs, and general break downs within 24/48hrs depending on workload and weather conditions. I already do work for local letting agents, residential customers and holiday letting. I could provide references if needed. I’m qualified to work on:
