RJH offers the Gerbil, a vacuum form trimming machine. This patented design allows for trimming parts with ease, with the use of a tungsten carbide abrasive disk. The tool can be swapped out for tungsten carbide fl**ge cutter for creating a fl**ge from a vacuum formed part, flap wheels for light finishing, and mops for polishing acrylic.

The Gerbil 2010 is the standard product, with a flat 400 x 455mm MDF table top. For a table top that allows tilting up to 10° from the horizontal, guide fences, a full tool kit, and a large diameter hand wheel for tool height adjustment, see the Gerbil 2020.

If frequent transportation of the unit is required, the Gerbil can be purchased with a bespoke trolley. See the Gerbil 2030.
