Labourer Wanted – Brooks Tadlock Building & Joinery Ltd
We’re looking for a reliable, hard-working labourer to join our team.
This is a physically demanding role, working both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions. It won’t suit everyone, but it’s a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the trade and build a future.
What we expect:
Punctual and reliable – turn up every day
Strong work ethic – get stuck in without being chased
Willing to listen, learn, and take direction
Good attitude on site
Full focus on the job during working hours (no time spent on phones)
What’s on offer:
40 hours per week
Consistent work across building & joinery projects
Learn real skills on site
Opportunity for an apprenticeship for the right person
Trial period:
A short paid trial will be required to make sure it’s the right fit for both sides.
