We are looking for a reliable, skilled General Maintenance Operative to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will specialise in one core trade (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, decorating, landscaping) while also having good working knowledge of general property maintenance across multiple industries.

🔧 This role may include:

• General property maintenance & home improvements
• Landscaping
• Carpentry, fencing & decking
• Painting & decorating
• Basic plumbing

👷 What we’re looking for:

• Time-served experience or relevant qualifications in a core trade
• Strong all-round maintenance knowledge
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable, professional manner with good customer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A busy week finished off here on a current project we’re working on for https://www.howeandcoad.co.uk here’s some photos of what we got up to.

We assisted the guys at Howe & Coad with the putting up the steel work as well as finishing off the internal drainage and installation of a new water main into the building.

It’s been a busy few weeks we carried out a full reduce dig of the site, footings, drainage, concrete now ready for the steel work and timber frame before we come back to complete the block work.

Final results of a recently completed job of ours.
