We are looking for a reliable, skilled General Maintenance Operative to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will specialise in one core trade (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, decorating, landscaping) while also having good working knowledge of general property maintenance across multiple industries.
🔧 This role may include:
• General property maintenance & home improvements
• Landscaping
• Carpentry, fencing & decking
• Painting & decorating
• Basic plumbing
👷 What we’re looking for:
• Time-served experience or relevant qualifications in a core trade
• Strong all-round maintenance knowledge
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable, professional manner with good customer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
