Here’s a house renovation we completed over the winter in Mullion! After a long tenancy the client wanted their property updated ready for new tenants. A new kitchen, shower room and bathroom were installed along with changes to bedroom walls to create 3 decent sized rooms. A new garden patio area was constructed along with fencing and some landscaping giving this property the enhancement needed to bring it up to modern standards 👌 great work by all involved!

A job nearing completion in Helston! Although not the clients first choice of location, this extension fully utilised the space available and with some well thought out spaces inside it will be very practical for years to come! We were able to do everything from the ground up with help from specialist trades where needed. A pleasure to work on for some top clients 👍

A recent project near Mullion completely enhancing the clients outdoor space! Covid has seen lots of us meeting friends/family outside and has highlighted areas for improvement. We were happy to help create a much more spacious and encouraging area by reducing levels and installing a sandstone patio, steps up into the garden and wheelchair access to the rear of the property. Perforated land drain piping was also used to deal with the increased surface water. We look forward to seeing what the clients do next in regards to painting the newly rendered wall and planting flowers in the new flower bed!
