Hello everyone!

Just a little update from us here at Marconi.

We are looking forward to this all being over and sharing with you our new projects and plans that we have in place once we can go back to work.

Some very exciting times ahead.

Our long term business partner requested we handle and control the development of 140 houses at the ‘Deer Park’ site located in Helston.

This includes the construction of extensive roads and drainage, all of which is in accordance with council approved requirements.

This project began in 2019, and is a combination of bungalows and houses, which have shown already to be in high demand. This site is still under construction.

Our houses will be sold through Olivers Estate Agents in Helston.

This project commenced in 2017, and involved the construction of three large, three-storey town houses in Penzance. The aim here was to be in-keeping with the existing design and architecture of the area. In 2010 we acquired this site that had already been demolished.We proceeded to construct eighteen luxury apartments, all of which benefit from extensive and uninterrupted sea views spanning from Hayle River to St Ives Harbour.

Marconi Builders acquired this derelict hotel in 2015, located in Carbis Bay. The property was entirely demolished, and replaced with thirteen modern luxury apartments.

The development was completed in 2019 and is now occupied with many happy new owners.
