Just want to say a big thank-you to Jill & John of Wayside Koi for their lovely hospitality and giving us the opportunity to show what we do through their YouTube channel Wayside Koi. I will be posting a video of lining their pond over the weekend but in the meantime few photos of the week that was.
Merlin Simulators dominating the workshop this week and a deal done with the Ultimate Space Company to manufacture their new Office Pod Roof.

Two new chimney caps for a pair due in March built from timber, glassed and painted with non-slip to give it the stone effect. We are also doing a second Superbird Bonnet using our lightweight Kevlar material
Perfectly suited for this type of use being incredibly strong and light.
Keep an eye out next week when we will be lining a pond for Wayside Koi in the Isle of Wight, they have a you tube channel and will be posting some videos too.

We have salvaged these 39 year old Foden lorry grill and front bumper, they came to us in a sorry state with the metalwork rusted away in the grill and the bumper in virtually two halves with just a metal plate holding it together. This shows that almost any GRP item can be salvaged and strengthened ready to go for another 39 years.

Flat roof completed today showing how versatile a GRP lining is if done properly. We remove the need for lead by using a continuous covering of Fibreglass a great solution for a complicated little roof like this or lager spans for a longer life.

This is the start of us trying to show what we do because it varies so much. We glassed over the front 1500mm of this Luton to stop it leaking inside, we could have done the complete roof but it's an old Van with over 400,000 miles on it so just not worth it.
I will endeavour to improve the videos we take and hope you find it of interest.
