Our Barnt Green project is now fully watertight, windows installed, internal works progressing well, and we’re officially ready for the kitchen fitting stage.

A huge transformation in a short space of time — especially after battling some brutal weather conditions at the start of the build.

The finish line is now firmly in sight.

After battling through some brutal weather at the start of the year, this Barnt Green development is now watertight with the roof complete, windows going in and internal works well underway.

What started as groundwork is now becoming an incredible family home.

Back in London for Grand Designs Live on May 1st & 2nd 👷‍♂️

Proud to be returning for my fourth year as a Construction & Renovation Expert. It’s always a privilege to be part of the Grand Designs team and to work alongside homeowners at all stages of their projects.

Almost there.

This Barnt Green ground floor renovation has moved quickly over the past week and we’re now entering the final stages before finishes begin going in.

What started as a traditional layout is now opening up into a completely new space designed for modern living.

Not long now until the full transformation is revealed.
