We use industrial-grade ROV technology to carry out a full internal inspection while the tank remains at capacity. There is no draining, no refilling, and no need to take the tank out of service.

The ROV captures high-definition footage of the interior, including submerged accessories and internal pipework that are difficult to reach by any other means. You receive a formal inspection report with full documentation suitable for compliance and insurance review.

Kew Gardens houses plant species nurtured for over 40 years. When the rainwater tank supplying their Lower Nursery irrigation system began to fail, getting it replaced quickly was not optional.

The brief was straightforward: replace the existing tank, work within a restricted site, and have irrigation back online within three weeks.

Franklin Hodge delivered a site-assembled glass-coated tank, 10.24 metres in diameter, installed on the existing base with pipework cut and re-routed on site. Deliveries were staged from the external car park to manage the limited access, and the team completed the project in five days.
