🚨3 DAYS TO GO! 🚨

Well that's the hard bit over with! I'm not going to lie, shifting all the weight was alot harder than putting it back on! 😫But it's done my performance and cardio in Training wonders😁

I'm Lucky enough to be fighting again at cage warriors and like the last one, I'm going out there to put on my best performance to date!👊

I haven't had time to promote this one like the other fights, so haven't asked for sponsors this time. I was more concerned about the large weight cut and dropping from fighting at the previous fights at 77kg down to this fight at 70kg! So all my focus has been on that and training as hard as possible!

A contract completed a couple of months ago in Worcestershire. The customer wanted an area cleared, dug out and prepared for a ground solar array.

We’ve been really busy this summer with lots of different and varied jobs going on. We’ve not posted in a while so here are a few pictures of installations over the last few months. Contracts and sub contracts. Renewable energy. Plumbing. Heating. Ground work.

Last installation of the year and it was a biggie. 45kw (3x 15kw) of ground source in Monmouthshire. Merry Christmas and a happy new year!

A few from the last couple of weeks. The installations have been coming thick and fast due to the RHI funding ending in March. Let’s hope for a fresh scheme going forward next spring to help with the installation of eco friendly heating.

First post in a while due to ongoing work in Gloucester where we are installing plumbing, heating and MVHR systems in an apartment complex.

Plus a holiday 😎😎

Back to the usual this week though with a 9kw LG ASHP and 180 ltr unvented hot water cylinder.
