After a reRoof a customer asked if we could, rip the floor up in her bedroom straighten out the bow in the floor, then add a nice modern ensuit.

Grinding into the new year 🔨

This roof had foam sprayed across the whole atic space, between every rafter. This will not allow the roof to breath and cause it to sweat which over time will cause severe wood rott.

The boys done a great job removing all the roam and giving the roof a new lease of life with a natural Spanish slate finish.

We also fully insualted the atic space, re-cemented the original clay ridges and installed a new velux window for added light.

New dwelling, but the customer wanted an old randomised slate look to give it some character. So we found some reclaimed slates and the results are great...
