Some deliveries need a bit more than a doorstep and a "leave with neighbour" note.

When the courier asks for the delivery address, we send them a compass heading. These crates aren't going through anyone's letterbox — they're headed for an oil & gas site, and yes, that's a full-grown adult standing next to them for scale.

Turns out "handle with care" hits different when the package weighs more than the lorry that's supposed to deliver it.

In the picture is the pre-assembly of a large centrifugal compressor underway at our newest facility, which was completed just a few weeks ago.
The new shed sits alongside our main final assembly hall, expanding our manufacturing capacity and helping us deliver more for our customers.

Weighing operations in action at our facility, as we prepare a large package for an O&G customer.
Working in tandem, our two overhead cranes carefully positioned the package onto four load cells set at the corners of the baseframe, allowing us to calculate the overall weight and load distribution with precision.
These ABUS overhead cranes are built to handle large, heavy packages with extreme precision and complete safety. Each crane is fitted with two 40-tonne winches, and in this twin configuration, the control software automatically balances winch pull, lifting speed, and travel speed across both cranes — keeping the load perfectly level and preventing any swaying throughout the lift.

Another heavy base frame has left our workshop, heading to our trusted machining partner, ADA Machining Services Limited. The second picture shows it arriving at ADA's facility. Once machined, it will return to us to be completed with a new centrifugal compressor.

Here is the fourth and the last centrifugal compressor leaving our workshop in Hereford for the port of Harwich. In Harwich, the lorry will be loaded onto an RO-RO ship that will cross the English Channel to Rotterdam and then travel across Europe to Zurich. In Zurich, the final setup and testing will be completed, and it will then depart for a destination around the world. More than centrifugal compressors, they are globetrotters!

In the picture is the third of four Everllence heavy centrifugal compressors leaving our workshop in Hereford, bound for Zurich.
The compressor is 6 m long, 4,4 m wide, 3 m high. The police es**rt was well-stocked!
