This is an important reminder of why industrial door servicing and maintenance is required.
The door failed due to a motor breakdown.
When we inspected the door this is what we found.
The laths on the door had been rubbing against the end plate for such a long time they had worn through it.
The steel end locks on the end of the laths had also completely worn away.
If this door was operational for much longer it would have more than likely had serious consequences.

We have just completed this installation of a new roller shutter door for one of our clients.
We have removed the old roller shutter door and fabricated and installed structural steel work.
We then supplied and installed and new roller shutter door with GFA motor and controls.
This was all completed in a day to ensure the unit was kept secure.

We will then be installing insulated roller shutter doors, personnel doors and internal partitions.

We have just finished this guttering installation for one of our clients.
We have removed the old corroded metal gutters, supplied and installed a new Merlin Grey Plastisol gutter fascia flashing as well as installing new Black Brett Martin 170mm deep flow guttering incorporating 2x 110m downpipes.

We have just finished installing a roller shutter door and personnel door for our client.
The new opening means they can easily get stock in and out of the building with a combi lift.
We have supplied fabricated, and installed structural steelwork as well as supplying and installing the roller shutter and personnel door.

This is the latest project we have completed for one of our clients.
We have fabricated and installed structural steel work.
Cladded the building in Merlin Grey 80mm composite cladding.
Insulated and sheeted the original roof with White Plastisol sheeting to brighten the inside.
Supplied and installed Merlin Grey sectional doors.
Supplied and installed personnel doors.
We have also made the opening bigger into the existing building and supplied and installed a new roller shutter door.
This is all been finished off with a galvanized armco barrier to protect the building.

We have recently converted the front of this building so that it is now a secure unit for our client.

We have fabricated and installed structural steel work, installed a new aluminium gutter and installed 40mm insulated Merlin Grey cladding.
We have also installed a new roller shutter door with a GFA direct drive motor and low-level controls with added key switch.
