Engineering at its finest from JRJ Construction Ltd.

We are busy with our latest project converting this Industrial building for the expansion of our clients busy self storage business.

We are fabricating and installing structural steel work for the new door openings.

We would also be building an extension on the end of the building so customers can load and unload in the dry.

It's not helping cutting the concrete for the elevator as the concrete is 500mm thick in places.

Another roller shutter door installation completed.
We have just finished installing 7 roller shutter doors and 3 personnel doors for one of our regular customers.
This is part of an ongoing expansion project for their busy veterinary product supply company Pioneer Veterinary Products
We have supplied fabricated and installed structural steel work to allow for the installation of the doors.
We have then installed all of the roller shutter doors including GFA motors, low level controls and key switches.

We have recently completed some roof repairs for one of our clients.
Whilst our client was having solar panels installed to their roof the installers noticed that there were some damaged sheets.
We managed to supply and install new sheets the next day to ensure the project remained on schedule.

This is an important reminder of why industrial door servicing and maintenance is required.
The door failed due to a motor breakdown.
When we inspected the door this is what we found.
The laths on the door had been rubbing against the end plate for such a long time they had worn through it.
The steel end locks on the end of the laths had also completely worn away.
If this door was operational for much longer it would have more than likely had serious consequences.

We have just completed this installation of a new roller shutter door for one of our clients.
We have removed the old roller shutter door and fabricated and installed structural steel work.
We then supplied and installed and new roller shutter door with GFA motor and controls.
This was all completed in a day to ensure the unit was kept secure.

We have completely stripped the building out and will be installing structural steelwork and new precast concrete panels.
We will then be installing insulated roller shutter doors, personnel doors and internal partitions.
We will also be extending the building by adding a new lean to.
