Garage room we prepped and skimmed before Christmas.

This garage was freezing cold to start with just being mostly external brick walls not holding any heat in.

The customer wanted to make it into an office so that’s exactly what we done , 75mm kingspan insulation inbetween every joist on the ceiling and the walls were boarded with 72.5mm insulated plasterboards , stopping any cold coming in and any heat leaving.

Then skimmed over to a smooth finish ready to paint straight over.
