Well, what a busy and wet start to year ☔️
While the rain has pushed certain jobs back, we’ve been extremely busy with a lot of the contractors we work for and also a lot of repair works carried out🙌

Below are some previews of the jobs done recently contractors and our selves before I post each individual job separately!

We are getting extremely close to being booked up for the year now and even taking bookings for next year in some cases all while still doing around 10-15 quotes a week but we are working all weekends so we don’t have to turn any of you away. EDPM classic bound sly ply with massive lantern to allow lots of natural light into this unbelievable extension ☀️

Roof slated in with Jutland slates, ran into Kytun dry verge system and dry ridge system.
Timbers altered and framed out for two new Veluxs to be installed to allow natural light into certain parts of this garage👌

New EPDM rubber roof installed, converted from a polycarbonate roof with the existing fascia, soffit and guttering replaced😍
2 new electric Velux windows installed to both the main bathroom and en-suite bathroom to allow natural light through 🌌

Comeplete roof replacement done last year in Burbage for a customer who had an attic conversion by R&S Construction🙌
All new timbers throughout, new replacement fascia soffit, and gutters, tiled in with a redland renown and all existing solor pannels fitted and wired back in👌
Dormer at the rear tiled with plain tiles and EPDM classic bond ply on the warm deck flat roof😍

🚨 A natural slate job completed a couple of months ago for Paramount Building Contractors 🚨

We stripped the slates off this property for the paramount lads to build a big dormer to create two new bedrooms and a bathroom 💪

Roof slated back in with the existing natural Spanish slate, Kytun dry verge system and a wet ridge with two new Velux’s to allow natural light into the second bedroom.
Roof lathes marked out prior to laying to ensure all gauges worked with the verge and the windows and it’s as easy as putting a slate in the box🙌

Existing flat roof stripped off and boarded throughout with 18mm OSB, vented for the cold deck system and finished with a single ply EPDM rubber classic bond😍
