Returning customer has had a bathroom fitted by builders which didn’t know what they were doing. Toilet backplate had no tiles to rest on as they were cut way too short. Rectified ✅
Shower waste- customer couldn’t use the bathroom as it had too many issues. When most of them got rectified we noticed the shower waste was not only installed completely wrong but they knew they did it wrong and tried to get away with it. Siliconed the waste trap with 10mm of silicone in hope it would “ pass the customer inspection “ well it didn’t even manage that.
Waste was being blocked by the floor board and tile being too tight to the waste so it physically couldn’t come any higher. Had to remove the shower screen, bottom tiles and then shower tray. Once the tray was removed we didn’t know if we should laugh or cry. Dot and dabbed bottom of shower tray and most of them didn’t even make contact with the tray anyways. All rectified ✅
Customer is happy with their now functional bathroom and can carry on with the project in which we will be a major part of. More posts to come in the coming months. 😮💨😁
