Things are brewing nicely on the production line...Once our teapots are ready for glazing, they’re lined up and carefully dipped into the glaze one by one. Each teapot is submerged for just the right amount of time to create an even, consistent finish before being left to dry.Then it’s into the kiln, where the heat transforms the glaze and brings the final colour and character to life. A precise process, with plenty of care poured into every pot.________

Did you know that every mug we make is finished with a handle applied by hand?Each handle begins as a rolled piece of clay, before being carefully moulded, shaped and seamlessly blended into the body of the mug by one of our skilled makers.It’s this hands-on process that gives every mug its own unique character._________

How the mug comes to life!

To achieve the distinctive unglazed bottom with
the clean white glaze, our team carefully brush a
wax resist to the bottom of the mug which
means when dipping in the glaze, no glaze can
adhere.
